Privacy at Trusted Grading Services

Trusted Grading Services collects account email, uploaded card images, generated reports, dashboard history, duplicate-detection metadata, and optional actual-grade feedback that you choose to submit.

Uploaded card photos are used to generate your report, show your scan history, detect exact duplicate uploads, and improve product quality when users provide feedback. Uploaded photos are private to your account.

We do not sell uploaded card photos.

The private beta uses third-party infrastructure providers to run the product, including Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Vercel, and Render. These services help provide account access, database hosting, private image storage, frontend hosting, and backend hosting.

You can request deletion of your account data, uploaded card photos, reports, and feedback by contacting support. We will review deletion requests and respond as soon as practical for the private beta.
